Provided by YP.comWorst dealership i have ever dealt with. Customer service and Vehicle service dept totally uncaring and oblivious to people spending their hard earned money in these times.Purchased a vehicle and never got one call from Salesman after day 1 and several service problems which they refused to address. Finance mgr audio and video tapes the paperwork and makes you sign a waiver of dispute rights making you agree to what they feel is right. Ridiculous.

Provided by YP.comGreat Lakes Hyundai exceeded every expectation that I had. I was very picky about the vehicle I wanted and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Also they had the coolest play area for my kids...kept all four of them busy (and happy)!! I wouldn't hesitate to send friends or family to see these folks. They earned my business for years to come. Thanks Joey and Rob!

Provided by YP.comThis Hyundai dealer is one that you should pass on. From interest rate inflation for tier 1 credit apps to horrible service in their service department. I would definitely find a different dealer to go to. I ended up selling the 1 year old Hyundai that I bought here because of total incompetence by their service department.

Provided by YP.comThis is a clean location. Newer than Marhofer in the Falls, but they do pull some shady interest rate switches so know your credit score and shop for credit beforehand. Had a friend 750+ credit score who they gave a new car interest rate for 48 months of 8.5%, 3% higher than she should have paid.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE Take it down to Cuyahoga Falls (Marhofer) I have owned two Hyundai Cars, and Marhofer was by far the better location. Great Lakes will not give you a loaner unless your car has been in the shop for over a week and you call corporate (even if car is under 1 year old and it is a warrantee issue). They do not meet deadlines for when they tell you that work will be done, and it is not done right when they say it is. I told them of an upcoming trip and they told me I could take my car that was not fixed for the 300+mile trip.
Their service center is impossible to get to return phone calls, and when they do after 2 days they tell you that they are busy trying to fix the problem. This is not the service one would expect with a 1 year old car that their service mechanic incorrectly fixed.
I ended up selling the car that they fixed. Not because it was a bad Hyundai, but because my complete lack of faith in their center. I took a loss on the vehicle, but I learned never to buy a car or have one serviced at Great Lakes Hyundai. All in all, I would find another dealer as not all Hyundai Dealers are as unprofessional as this one.
