I took my vehicle to Jimyz. He tested it and the team said that it sounds like it's coming from the transmission. I was advised to take it to the dealership since it should be covered under the warranty. Yep, a drive shaft was bad. Yep, covered under the warranty.

Jimyz could have "fixed" my vehicle, but gave me the best advice for me (not them!). I offered to pay for their services but the owner wouldn't let me.

We've dealt with Jimyz a few times over the last year and have been really surprised at the level of courtesy, cleanliness and service. My husband and I have been very happy with the service at Jimyz and would recommend him.

I have gone to Jimyz Automotive for years. I've recommended his services to all my friends and family. He used to be a man of integrity. I don't know what happened to him. He did a repair for me. The repair went bad shortly afterwards. I gave him a call. He told me he'd get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from him. I called him again a few days later. Same thing happened. He didn't call back. I personally stopped in for an estimate. He made the same promise and never followed through with it. This happened several more times before I finally got the message and went somewhere else.

Paid $460 some dollars to have my coolant system checked and "fixed". Drove 5 miles down the road only to have antifreeze spewing out all over. Bought more antifreeze and filled and drive my car to another care repair shop. Paid to have the thermostat housing replaced and MORE antifreeze put in. 3 weeks ago Jimyz's agreed to refund the cost of antifreeze and a pressure check. Called 3 times since the only to be told "the check is in the mail". May need an attorney for this one as I am on a fixed income and this whole experience has been a nightmare!
