These guys are great. Always helpful and honest. Their reminders via email are perfect for a person like me and my wife. Their prices are reasonable and they're committed to doing good work to getting you to return. We always do - when needed.

What a godsend! Needed to have a tire checked before returning to PHX. They found the problem,noticed the tires were not rotated properly,and inflated tires to correct pressure. Wish they did business in PHX.

These guys are honest, fair, friendly!!! A great place to hang out while waiting for your car. Not the typical greasy auto shop. Clean, air conditioned, pretty darn comfy! Their service is great, and they are quick. I highly recommend them!!! Pretty awesome place!

These guys are super nice, friendly, and helpful. I just moved to the area and I needed an oil change. I called the make sure that I didn't need to be driving on their tires to get an oil change, and it was no problem. He checked my fluids, tire pressure, belts, and everything. He even replaced my windshield wipers, which I definitely needed.

Love this place. Friendly service and a super nice area to sit and wait for you car. Free wifi, good prices, and very nice owners. Love coming here and refer them to everyone I know!

I have found Van's Tires and Service in Streetsboro to be an exceptional place to take my car! Not just for tires, but for everything! They are friendly and courteous. and I"m so happy to find talented technicians that I can TRUST! Did I mention great prices? I highly recommend them to everyone!

I dropped my car off at Van's after receiving a recommendation about how it's a family run business, etc. I told them that my car recently began sounding like a bus with the exhaust and what not and asked to please have my rear breaks checked. I quickly received a return call with a quote. The breaks and rotors were a bit over-priced and was told, upon trying to negotiate, that they could knock off $10. When I told them that was not enough and I'd rather have a friend do it, the manager became very sharp on the phone. I picked up my car, having the repair for the exhaust done, and noticed the "service engine" light was still on and the car made the exact same sound. I called and mentioned this and was told, "you did not talk to us about the service engine light" and "he fixed the sound he saw." Wow! I thought they may be in business to make money but apparently you have to tell them what to fix versus them evaluating the problem on their own.
