Provided by YP.comThe worst experience ever! I have had horrible jaw pain ever since (from them forcing my jaw open), I had 3 cavities filled, which were most likely unnecessary, as I went somewhere else after and they assured me I only had 2 cavities, not 12 that Hudec said I had.

Provided by YP.comWorst experience of my life, from now on i will NEVER trust any dentist with my teeth. I left my appointment crying my eyes out. I had cativaties filled, and for some reason the dentist shaved off a huge chunck off my tooth. Not sure why because that tooth did not have a cavatity. I went back to have that tooth fixed, and the dentist gave me attitude!!! She said "just so you know the tooth your complaining about was never touched' I started freaking out and I told her I could show her pictures of my tooth before I even came in! She eventually fixed it, but half of my entire tooth is now fake. On top of that she starting lecturing me telling me why she should not fix it!! Omg!!! On top of that I waited 1 hour and 30 min to be seen. I've never once been nervous, or afraid that a dentist would purposely mess with my teeth, it I'm positive this woman did on purpose. Stay away

Provided by YPmobileHudac dental in strongsville is the worst place to get dental work done. They are very unprofessional, do not care about you,or your dental issues. I had went for a temporary crown following a route canal, they used the wrong size crown, pushed it deep into my gums, and caused an infection. I went back when the pain was not getting better (after 3 days) my face was swollen, and so was the gums around the tooth to the point you couldn't see the crown on the one side. I was told this was normal (including the pus, and infection) and the choices I have are to pay $900 up front for a permanent crown, or have it extracted. Then sent me on my way with no answers, or any relief from the pain the crown was causing.

Provided by YP.comThis was the worst dental experience of my life. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They told me I needed a bunch of work done that all subsequent dentists agreed was unnecessary. I stupidly let them fill some cavities and the lady doing it was soooo incredibly rough. I was in pain the whole time but couldn't say anything because they had this metal contraption holding my mouth open. I had permanent biting pain after the "cavities" were filled and ended up having to get crowns put on those teeth (at a different dentist, of course), which cost me about $1000. It's also REALLY sketchy that all of the negative reviews they had on Google have suddenly disappeared and now the only reviews there are less than 6 months old (and positive).

Provided by YPmobileI would NOT go here for anything other than a routine cleaning! Honestly though, I would never go to Hudec ever again in my life for anything. They just want to get you in and push you out as quickly as possible so they can get more patients in and make more money. If you have Medicaid,RUN! They will try to push unnecessary procedures. I went in for a cracked tooth and bad cavity and was told I'd need a root canal. I am 24 weeks pregnant also so I was refused any treatment at all! I went somewhere else and got a second opinion. This other place told me that I absolutely did NOT need a root canal and they filled the tooth for me that day! Hudec is a scam! They were okay to let me go another 4 months with a cracked tooth and then give me an unnecessary root canal.... terrible.

Provided by YP.comMy name is Rob Medick. I made an appointment with Dr. Katzman for a cleaning and exam. After the cleaning a Dr. Caloca came in and told me I will go in back and Dr. Katzman will repair my cavity. I was led to a split room and Dr. Caloca was assisting, who I assume to be Dr. Katzman, with another patient. Dr. Caloca came in my exam room and removed the gloves she was using on the other patient but did not wash her hands. As a matter of fact, I did not see any of these so called professionals wash their hands. I told Dr. Caloca I did not want her to use novacaine, so by my reaction, she would not drill too deeply. She injected me with a lot of novacaine. Dr. Caloca then proceeded to hastily fill my tooth leaving an excessive amount of composite material to be ground off and finished by one of her underlings. There was so much grinding it smelled like my flesh was burning and the heat generated by the drill was unbearable. I originally made an appointment with Dr. Katzman, who based on her credentials, posted on the Hudec Dental website, I deemed qualified to be my dentist. Dr. Caloca never told me Dr. Katzman will not be repairing my tooth and she will be filling in. The next day part of my new filling fell out and I have been having pain sometimes when I chew. I scheduled an appointment after dealing with Elena, who fields complaints and Steve at the Broadview location. Both of these people are about as skilled at customer service as a tapeworm. Dr. Magrey did the best she could to smooth out Dr. Caloca's disgraceful work and she is a kind woman. She also informed me that I may now require a root canal. I believe that Hudec Dental and their seventeen locations compromise quality over quantity and hire many below average dentists. I found a website called health grades.com and Dr. Caloca was graded below the national average. I asked the office manager, Steve, why Dr. Katzman did not do my dental work and he said she no longer works here. She is listed on the website as a dentist at the Broadview location, yet she is on their website and Dr. Caloca is not. This is a clearcut example of bait and switch and I intend to retain legal counsel to deal with these highway robbers.

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I went to the Hudec Dental in Strongsville on Pearl rd. I have not had a cavity in 15 years, I moved out of state so I needed a new dentist and went to Hudec Dental HUGE MISTAKE! I can't remember my dentists name but she had blonde hair and was only in on Fridays. She was not nice at all, however I really enjoyed my dental hygienist. However they told me I had 11 yes 11 cavities. Which against by better judgment went with and let them drill out all of my teeth and fill them. I kick myself now and ask myself "why god why did I not go somewhere else for a second opinion?" This business in AWEFUL Please do not go there. My teeth hurt me now because of them.

Provided by YP.comThey told me I need a root canal that would cost me 900 dollars. I went to a different dentist in Parma OH where I was treated extreamly awesome and was only charged 125 dollars. I have never been to a dentist office that was so pushy and so focused on only making money. You are not a person there, you are cash cow for them. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
