I had extensions done there and since my stylist couldn't do my hair ahead of time, I had gotten my roots touched up there. My hair was ORANGE!!! I was horrified, but I was too embarassed to say anything, I figured when the extensions got in they would look better. I was wrong. The extensions were way to thin and ended up costing me 500 bucks total with everything. She was originally supposed to just do a root touch up, but because she messed it up and took if off too soon, she charged me for a high light and a low light. WTF?? I am very upset about it and my boyfriend was horrified when I came home..... I will NEVER go there again and do not recommend their extensions to ANYONE!!! Oh and also, they charged me too much when they added my tip and said they would fix it. It was never fixed. I jsut got my statement and I said this is the last straw. BEWARE!!!!!
