Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide services for both adults and children, 18 months and older. Horrible. Not a walk in clinic when you only have so many times slots. Walked in with a 2 year old on Thanksgiving at 1240pm and was turned away because the "slots are full" yet nobody was there. Thanks for turning my sick two year old away and suggesting I go sit in an ER for someone to look at my kids ears. I expected more compassion from an nurse practitioner, especially when my insurance doesn't cover the visit and I'm willing to pay out of pocked $99 to get my child feeling better.
