Provided by YP.comThe customer service at this store is severely lacking. Amongst other disrespectful behavior exhibited by the associate at the register, she tossed my credit card at me after she completed my transaction. In what store's policy is this deemed appropriate? The associate I asked for assistance near printer cartridges hardly acknowledged me, and simply pointed his finger in a vague direction when I asked him where to find a very specific product. If you are on the Westside, go to the Parma location on Snow Rd. Their employees are more enthusiastic and have a better understanding of customer service.
