Mackenzie was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He was rude and acted like I wasn’t serious... I offended him when I said give me your best price no games... shady dealerships would get mad about that... he asked unrelated questions such as what I’m paying on my Audi when clearly it’s way more than anything on the lot and payment isn’t the issue... the bottom line is what matters. He then proceeded to force me out of the door by interrogating me instead of nicely asking sales questions. I own a company and have sales people and I am a sales consultant. I don’t think that guy can sell intelligent people.

This was our second vehicle from Josh Channel at Serpentini of Strongsville. Josh and Moe worked really hard at earning our business a second time around. We appreciate all the help and assistance they both gave us. Josh is our salesman and Serpentini is our dealership.
