The Strongsville Board of Education is comprised of elected members who conduct meetings and work sessions every month. The board undertakes discussions on school curriculum, personnel, facilities, transportation and long-range planning. The Strongsville Board of Education also arranges meetings to analyze and revise student activity programs and the proposed budget. Its record of meetings is open to the public and is available in the Strongsville Public Library. The Strongsville Board of Education administers Strongsville City Schools, which serves more than 7,200 students in its elementary, middle and high schools.
