I was frustrated that I made an appointment, and then received 4 phone calls and a text message that I needed to change it because the therapist had to leave for an appointment. One call would have been sufficient and given me time to return the call. I had students at the time all these calls came in and they were taking state tests, which I had replied to the text message.
I had a different therapist then I had originally scheduled. He greeted me right away. He was very nice, but seemed new and nervous. The massage was OK, and I didn't say anything because I just wanted to see how it went. I really wanted the focus on my neck and upper back, but instead he focused was on my lower back and my arms. It was a very nice place, clean and very relaxing. The lady at the front desk was very nice as well. I will go back but will try another therapist.

Abby has a lot of knowledge about massage therapy and uses it well.

The whole staff was very friendly and my massage was great, I will definitely be back.

Jackie is the best! I have scoliosis and she does a great job of keeping me pain free. I highly recommend Strongsville Massage Therapy.

Abby has been nothing but phenomenal with my massages. She has changed my life ... I stand on my feet all day for my career and she has helped me in the past 3 years more than anyone ever has. Abbey stayed late to help with a sore neck. If you are looking for good deep tissue this is the right place. Phenomenal.

Both Abby and Jackie have worked on me. Never had better massages- so deep that if feels like they strip my muscle right off the bone and yes, that is a compliment!
