as the mother of Daniel Alphonse Gallagher, the man who Robert j kidwell killed while speeding and driving drunk, I feel that his integrity as a human being speaks for itself due to his choices. mr. kidwell has never apologized, nor admitted guilt to any of my son's family. he never spent one day in jail, and his driving privileges were not affected as well. basically, his life went on as normal, while his actions have left our family devastated and forever grieving the loss of Danny. forgiveness is given to those who seek it, however, mr. kidwell has never sought it. for my own peace, I have forgiven him, without even ever being acknowledged for that. mr. kidwell's fate will rest with God. as a lawyer with no integrity, I would not recommend him. he obviously does not understand right from wrong, humility, grace, and his punishment here on earth did not fit his crime. his punishment will come on judgment day. I would not want to be in his shoes then. I often wonder what his children will think of him when they are old enough to know the truth, and can easily find it through technology. I would give him a negative star rating, however, the site forced me to pick something.
