I took my friend to this restaurant in the hope of introducing her to my kind of cuisine only to be somewhat disappointed. I ordered white rice and pink beans, pork, (pernil) with querro,my favorite, and a beef empanada. The beans came in a small bowl. There was probably 8 beans total,the empanada leaked an excessive amount of grease, the querro was soft( ! ) what? My friend's dish was chicken, which she enjoyed, rice, beans and a chicken empanada. Her's was not greasy. Overall, was not happy with the meal. El Rincon has much better food but unfortunately only one table so you have to order it to go.
