I went to the Ribbon Factory with a group of friends and we were thrilled when we discovered 'The Potting Shed' located across from the back of the Ribbon Factory. The owner and associate could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We all LOVE that shop. Even though we live in NJ, we travel almost 2 hours several times a year to shop there.

I went to the Potting Shed today after going to the farmers market and the health food store which are in the same shopping area. The saleswoman didn't acknowledge that I came in until another woman had entered behind me. The saleswoman tried to serve the the woman that came in after me before asking if I needed help. The other customer even noticed the issue with the saleswomen and she told the salesperson to take car of me first. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and she reluctantly recommended a few selections one of which was watermelon variety of some very small . Before I could respond she left to check on an inquiry for another customer. I left after that. ALL customers deserve good service. Poor service
