i have been to many texas roahouses up and down the east coast and actually used to work at one in North Carolina and let me tell you the location in Stroudsburg, PA is one of the BEST TRH's!! I have gone here with my family 3-4 times in the last year and every time we have had great service and great food... we even had one of the mangers come over to greet us one night when the place was packed! The mangers name was Ken or Kenny, one of the nicest people i have ever met and one of the reasons we keep coming back! The servers/waiters always seem to be having fun... (credit to the mangers) something that is lacking at other restaurants. Not all TRH's are gems but this one is for sure!!!

All the servers wore a shirt that said I love my job!

Our server anticipated our every need and the food .... I couldn't ask for a better meal.

Excellent Food

Excellent food. If the servers were more friendly and didn't act like they were bored to death with their jobs that would be nice, especially if they need to dance around all the time. But I could care less, that's not why we go there! Best steaks ever! Managers & cooks are always wonderful as well.

The Best Place I have eatten in a long time

This place was great you have your choice of pickink your steak from a great selection or just ordering from the menue either way i promise you can't go wrong, And you will enjoy there homemade bread and spread. You must go I promise you wont be dissapointed
