I called on Monday morning, Corine and I discussed briefly what I needed. I went to the location (Regency Square), met Corine, and she quickly handled my printing needs.The price was better than Staples and Office Depot and the customer service was 100 times better as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What an unprofessional, horrible experience! I dropped off my job this morning and apparently we had a miscommunication on what was being ordered. That is understandable at times, but when I picked up my job and was more than disappointing by the cost per piece, I wanted to find out what was going on. The man wouldn't hear me out. He ripped the flyers out of my hand and wanted to refund my card without discussing. I needed the job for an event tomorrow and couldn't give up the 250 (thought I was getting 1500). He threw a calculator at me when I wanted to figure out my price per sheet vs per piece. He was beyond rude and aggressive. I thought he was going to jump over the counter also. I'm in disbelief. Another customer was in there with me and walked out in disbelief with me. So much for trying to use a local company... I would have gladly paid a CHEAPER price for Kinkos or Staples and nicer customer service!
