Avoid Boca Tanning Club in Stuart! I signed up at the Stuart location, came in one day - equipment is not working. No prior notice. They offered me an alternative. Came in another day - the equipment tis not working again. No prior notice. No alternative. Not only that, they lied that it is the first time it happened!

They told me to go Boca Tanning Club in Jupiter location. At 10 o’clock at night?? And Jupiter is 50 min from where I live.

So I asked them to cancel my membership, she said she is not authorized to cancel the membership, and the owner will give me a call. How is that she is authorized to sign me up and is not authorized to cancel it??!

I sent an e-mail to the owner - no response. This is just not acceptable.

Still no call from anyone, no e-mail, and no refund. Not to mention I wasted 40 mins driving back and forth.Very unprofessional. Avoid Boca Tanning Club Stuart location!

What good is to be open till 11 if the equipment is not working?
