I used Braden and Braden over the past several years for different things. Inspections, design and drawings as well as to bring a building up to county code. Dan Braden had to sign off on some work that had been done without a permit. He came over looked at the work, told me what I had to do with respect to material and additional work. I got the work done he came back inspected it and signed it off. It was pretty easy. I found out that he is respected in the Martin County Building Dept. that made it easier to get things signed off. I think some people try to slip things past them and he (Dan) feels that he has a reputation to maintain.

The price was reasonable. When I went back for additional work he did things at a discounted rate if he could!
