Owner very rude. Ordered an item and was told it would be ordered after they place the store order. Called regarding the order a month after and I was told it would there in 2 weeks. They could not find the invoice and said her system was messed up. Owner would not let me speak. Owner was extremely rude and told me she was going to hang up on me. Will never shop there again. Advice to owner, learn how to diffuse negative situations with customers, we pay your bills and your salaries.
