I never go anywhere else for catering, be it large or a smaller, intimate dinner for 4 to 6 friends. Menus are tailored to my tastes and needs; new recipes welcomed and tried out regularly. Patti has a new chef, so everything has a new taste and look. The food is all fresh cooked, no heat and serve allowed. Wait staff is professional and polite. My kitchen is left immaculate. And, despite rumors to the contrary, prices are very competitive. No one in the south florida area can hold a soup spoon (candle) to Chantal's / Distinctive South Florida Catering.
