We are the mother-daughter-duo that is Edible Spirits! For years, Grandma baked the best sweet treats. Having passed down her secrets and signature recipes to her daughter, Judy began making the same yummy goodies for her friends and family during the holidays. She brought her famous cakes to every party, and the response was overwhelmingly good. During the holiday season of 2008, there were so many requests, that she was unable to bake for everyone out of her home. Not wanting to disappoint anyone, she began dreaming, every night, of selling her cakes to the public, and soon she shared this dream with her daughter, Erica. Gaining even more satisfaction knowing that more people are able to enjoy tour famous rum cakes, they are happier than ever and have the true "mother-daughter best-friend relationship" that so many people dream of.
