Great Gym, very friendly staff. feels just right, no stuck up attitudes like most gyms. very happy to have found this place. Highly recommend.

Just renewed my membership. What a great gym! I've never been in better shape. The staff is so friendly. I highly recommend.

i belong to this golds and would not renew. they have fun classes like bodypump but it gets so crowded you can't get in. if you can, then you are squeezed in like a sardine with no room to move.



unlike the beautiful, spacious, updated golds in jupiter and palm beach gardens, this one in stuart is antiquated with ONE old shower and no lounge like the others. check out the individual websites; the stuart one does not have pictures of their full interior. they won't take you on a full tour of the locker rooms unless you ask. the place could use some serious remodeling and they could stand to expand. they have one very small group exercise room and not enough weights/equipment to go around for the class.



the class times are also not very convenient for me. unless you want to go very early in the AM or supper time. nothing in the afternoon, until after 5. and i don't think it's because people work because that 9am class is FULL!



the added bonus to this gym is no towel rule. it's just disgusting to use a machine after someone else has left their sweat all over it.



the only reason i joined this gym is for the classes. now i give up trying to squeeze in. i have made suggestions to management about the times and towel situation, but no one listens. i also have noticed they are not very welcoming to beginners or helpful to seniors. too bad, because their prices are fair.
