I was very pleased with the quality and great customer service. I ordered a floral arrangement for get-well wishes for a co-worker and was super pleased with the overall experience. The recipient called to tell me how beautiful they were when they arrived and then again a week later to tell me they still looked great! I have also used the event planning portion of the business in the past and I can say that their attention to detail is fantastic! I highly recommend this business.

I order flowers for my wife every month I decided to try this company and when she received the flowers they were not like what I ordered so I called and they said nothing they could do but pick them up and credit me how embarrassing I would not recommend this place.

Harbour bay has good quality flowers and gift baskets. It does cater to the business community though so the prices are a little high. They are reliable and a good company to deal with.
