First of all, I had 4 companies make bids on my kitchen remodel and of the 4, kitchen depot was the 2nd most, but they were all in the same ballpark. The reason I went with them is that Troy seemed to listen to what we wanted instead of pushing us to accept what he wanted (like the others did). Anyway, a month after we gave our deposit, they started our job. It took the every bit of a month to finish it but it came out just as my wife envisioned and we are pleased with Kitchen Depot overall. The people in the office were always ready to answer questions when we called and the guys they had on on our job were generally pleasant and eager to please. On scale from 1 to 10 I rate the whole experience a 9.
