They sold us a mattress with expected due date of delivery in just over a week. Said you would only hear from us if their was a problem with shipment date etc. Day came on gone no phone call. I called them left message.They called back and told us a lie about our mattress got ripped what ever, they will have one made and brought out next day. Next day truck shows with no mattress for us and when we said how our mattress got damaged the day before truck driver said, What? !st he had heard about that said the sales guy lied to us. We were done at that point. Drove up to get our refund, yea right so just have to go to bank Monday and reverse charges to get out money back. Then he says that get to keep 20% restocking chg, for what their was never a Mattress delivered !!!!!
