Strangely enough I am having the same exact scenario as one of the other reviewers- my trade-in was not paid off for 2 months. We did go into default on our loan and have repeatedly asked for assistance in dealing with the credit bureus only to be told they "didn't want to do extra work if they didn't have to" Just confirmed again today from my lender that they had, in fact, submitted a negative mark on my credit.

Oh, and by the way - my a/c went up in 60 days as well.

I wish I had never bought this car and never dealt with them. Buyer Beware!

We purchased a 2002 Ford Thunderbird, and had shipped to PGH. This car needed many safety items for inspection.Better Auto Mall assisted with the repairs.

I just took my Mercedes SL500 to Nautic Trade because all of the lights were on like check engine and everything else. They were able to find out it was because my battery was not good anymore and were able to replace it and shut off all of the lights. I was very impressed because they had all the right equipment and tools to work on my car, where as I don't think anyone else in Stuart or the nearby area does. Everywhere I take my car they say they do not have the tools or they can not shut off the oil change light. It was really refreshing to have someone who knows what they are doing work on my car and I don't have to drive to the Mercedes Dealer.
