I have used Noble shoes for 20 years now, possibly more and only once did I have a small problem with staff. Last time I was there they fixed my shoes without cost as the shoes were in need of inserts and heels. They have discounted shoes several times. Danny is great and I am treated very well. One experience does not tell the over all picture.

I have been using this shop to re-sole my boots for many years. When I stopped in to pick up the boots on Friday (they said they would be ready Thurs), they weren't ready. No big deal, but inconvenient. I came back Saturday. They were ready, but the cobbler had shined them in black, rather than dark grey. (The lady said they looked like they had always been black; it wasn't worth arguing). I also noticed they didn't put the caps on the heels. The lady said I could wait for them to correct. I paid, got out as quick as possible, never to return. (Now that I have black boots, they do look nice!)

Not a fan! Rude owner and untrained staff.
