River Park Counseling is a faith based professional counseling center that specializes in working with women, teens, couples, and families. RPC counselors enjoy assisting clients as they overcome barriers that may be hindering their personal growth, intimacy, and purpose in life. Whether it be related to relationship distress, parenting issues, divorce, abuse, grief, stage of life transitions, depression, or anxiety, There is hope available. You are not alone. ​ We believe in utilizing an integrative approach where techniques are both research and biblically based. ​ River Park Counseling focuses on helping clients identify negative thinking patterns, learn coping skills, communication skills, and form strong attachments with each other. We utilize elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory.
