Rips Money...Never work with this store. We did graphics works but the owner always made false promises. Even his employees are liars.

Paid for a pvc sign to be made for my business and it took them 3 weeks and counting to get it done, if that option will happen.. I kept getting excuse after excuse on when will it be done and when will it be installed. They kept saying the next day and i'm still waiting on the sign to be installed. It has been 27 days so far and nothing. Go somewhere else to get a sign made you will save yourself a lot of time and hassle as they cost me a lot of business on going for that month.

Ordered a sign for $2800 and wasn't cut precisely, over 2 inch difference and noticed while I was trying to install after the $1250 charge to pull permits and install a slide in PVC sign was way too much to pay them. I pulled the permit myself and decided to have my cousin help me after work. We unscrewed the brackets and pulled the existing sign out and proceeded to install their sign and realized all measurements were off "width and height" whomever is doing their on site quote and measurements beware! I placed a call to them and let them know I was very upset that I paid a profession sign company to do things correct and the results were far from it, the women proceeded to tell me if I would of let her know they would gladly have come out taken the sign back and recut. Excuse me, after we removed the existing sign and were 10 feet high, ok! Had to go to Home Depot and but a table saw to finish the job. I asked for the owner and she told me he would say the same thing. Thanks for you professionalism. Won't use them ever again and hope you don't make the same mistake. Reason is because how they felt with it after I called, should of offered some type of discount or something to keep the customer, I shouldn't have to ask. That's customer service.
