Tao Chi Massage combines Eastern and Western massage techniques to provide a full body, muscle relaxing massage that is targeted for medical conditions where appropriate too. Richard used his knowledge of the body, massage techniques and Eastern medicines to address my specific medical conditions which, as a result, were vastly improved over time. Tao Chi also offers on site Whole Body Vibration which assisted in calming a Vertigo issue, building muscle mass and lymphatic system drainage which helped reduce inflammation and detox recovery for me. The shop is open six days and the hours are very convenient as well. Massages can be booked on-line making the entire experience quick and easy. I highly recommend Richard and Tao Chi Massage!
