I heard the physicians had a good reputation but not the office. I scheduled an appt , and in error I entered the time wrong, I showed up for the appointment late and the receptionist explained I was late and had to reschedule. Perfectly appropriate response......ONLY .... She was so rude, condescending and nasty that I ended leaving in tears !!!! I have been late before, and had to reschedule, I have never left an office in tears... the treatment I received from this woman will stay with me and I will recount the episode to anyone who wants to know what to expect from this office!!
