I have found this Architect as extremely poor, lacks listing power to deliver what the client wants. Has his own ideas and tries to push them onto Clients even when that say they do not want what he is trying to sell to them. He is unresponsive and money driven to the point when you call him he always states that this call is costing you $250.00 at least.



With problems on his jobs with his plans: he is unwilling to come out and fix them for free. At times he will not answer his call and has a associate call you back. Which does not solve the problem only delays the issue until he call you back.
