After being a loyal customer for 15 years on July 3rd I was stabbed with a metal nail file under my toenail and within 48 hours had a nasty infection...this place has gone totally downhill since the old owner Susan left...they accused me of "slamming" my foot on something! When I went in to show them what happened they said "oh you won't lose the nail you'll be fine" well after a month & a half it fell off and when I called them they aren't the least bit interested in hearing it or making good on what happened! I think all of us who have been injured by this salon should get together and file a lawsuit!!!!!!!!!
