Attorney Admits He Doesn't Know How to End the Divorce

I had a litigious divorce. I made the mistake of hiring William Kermisch of Kermisch and Paletz. Numerous times he apologized by email and in person for not being prepared on his first and subsequent appearances representing me in court. The first appearance he lost me 60% support. As time went on he lost me over 90% of my assets and told me that this case was “beyond his ability, and he should not have taken on the case.” Today I get less support from my ex-husband, a lawyer than welfare recipients. This shocked me! All I wanted was to end this divorce. From my experience, if you have a contentious divorce, William Kermisch can not take on the challenge. I regret going with them. Thought I ought to share my experience.
