I just moved to the Hollywood Hills area 3 weeks ago and already had a pedicure and pink and white gel fill with Jason 2weeks ago, with an appointment. I was happy with the service and although not as accommodating or inclusive as I was used to in Chicago, it was fine. I made another appointment for 1:00 PM with Jason before leaving last time for this week. I encountered an unusual amount of traffic on a Friday afternoon and arrived at 1:15 PM. One young front desk girl got an attitude with me and said I was more than 10 minutes late and their policy is to reassign the nail person to another customer. Jason said he could still do my nails, which he did very expertly. I also had an appointment for waxing. I was told to sit in a chair and wait after my nails were finished. The appointment was also made for waxing too. Jason told the front desk girls that I was finished and ready for waxing. I waited in excess and when I asked how much longer, was told 5 or more minutes until they finished with some people who just came in. I said if I wasn't taken in 2 minutes that I was leaving....either you have an appointment or you don't! The girl responded, "You were late anyhow!" I counter with the fact that she had an attitude with me from the time I walked in. The front desk is the entry to any business! This particular girl just cost this business a weekly customer spending in excess of $150 and Jason a 30% tip each week. Go here if you don't mind being treated poorly by the front desk people. Jason did a great job on my nails. I just won't spend my money where people are rude, condescending, and just have no concept of how to treat a customer. There are plenty of other nail salons in the Studio City/Burbank/Hollywood area to have to be treated like this. I do admit that I did get irritated/irate when she took other people ahead of me, knowing that I had scheduled this two weeks prior. I don't usually react this way, but felt that it was purposely done. I won't be back.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here: they gave me a nail fungus! Do not go here. And on top of it they do not care about customer service...

When I called to tell them what happened, the manager, Helen (?) practically hung up on me. She did not offer a refund or even an apology.

I will never go back!

fantastic service

i live in the neighborhood i recieved a coupon and decided to check this place out. i chose the indulgent bliss combo which included paraffin wax, scrub, warm towl wrap, and so on. very relaxing, sanitary and friendly enviornment. you can conversate with the manicurists which made feel so welcoming and wanted to spend more time there with them. receptionist made sure everytthing was going right the way i want it.

i was in the area and i decided to walk in and get my nails done. the receptionist were so great helped me out the second i got there and till i left. manicurist were awesome, offered me coffee asked me how i wanted my nails shaped which a lot of places dnt even understand what you ask for. i had never been so happy with my nail service. im definetly going back there no matter how far i would have to drive from my house. and im taking my mother in for a great relaxing massage. wow i love it!
