The guys behind the counter here are nice and efficient! Customer service overly rated is outstanding.

I personally think that It's THE TOPPINGS that really make Pinkberry stand out. Yes, the true taste of yogurt is nice...tangy and fresh, but if that were served alone, I guarantee nobody would be clamoring at the door lusting after a portion. The toppings offered are classics. Favorite childhood sugar cereal toppings such as fruit and cocoa pebbles, and cap'n crunch grace the list. Paired up with that are fresh fruit offerings. That's right. Fresh. Not canned. Not stored in a vat of sugar water or corn syrup. These fruit and cereal combinations lend a tremendous amount of flavor and texture to the yogurt experience.

I still think it's a little pricey for what it is, but I do appreciate having a great option for a light, tasty dessert so I'm sure I'll continue to frequent Pinkberry...
