Ordered a custom sofa and was given a delivery date. The date arrived and we were told it was coming. By the end of the delivery day, no sofa. We called "It's coming". An hour later we call again," We're waiting on the fabric" How could it have been on the way when they were still working on the fabric? We now get a "so sorry". And rescheduled delivery dat. They needed four more days. Four days later same story. It's coming, It will be delivered at the end of the day... There still working on the fabric. TWICE !!!! I could have lived with the truth.... we need another 10 days? BUT NO. Jerked us around and kept us waiting.
