What an attitude

This shop has one of the worst employees in the history of bike shops. I went in for a kids trailer, and after a $475 purchase (- 10% they gave me off for scratches, flat tires, etc), I asked for them to throw in a squirt bottle (with their logo on it). I was told that they only give bottles for customers who purchase bikes. I said...this trailer costs more than half the bikes in here. The employee proceeded to argue with me, complain, started yelling and even was cussing...all over a 99 cent bottle. Incredible. After being told to "F" off, he didn't need customers who were going to push so hard...needless to say, I returned the trailer on the spot and am still amazed he lost a sale and a customer over a 99 cent squirt bottle with their own logo on it. What else can I say...pass this place by and go to any of the other half dozen bike shops in the area.
