When I first met the Larson Group he said he had many happy customers and that was because of his attention to detail and fair costs. I later found out this was not so much the case. The Larson Group was very dis-organized and appeared to throw things together just before the mile-stone meetings for the project. While I waited in the waiting room before our second meeting (half way point for the project), which was the split stair case entry way to his home that smelled of dog, I heard a contentious conversation with another "Happy Customer" who was apparently complaining of billed hours and work not performed. I brushed it off as a overzealous customer. The work performed to the meeting looked as if it were thrown together or was a template from a software package from MS Publisher or something. Other company information was on the back cover, the part numbers were labeled incorrectly, the verbiage was not formatted, etc. I indicated we needed to move more quickly with greater detail, he assured me this was normal at this phase and said completion model would be professional. told me he needed 2 more weeks to complete. 5 weeks later completion model was not complete details were not finished, format was still off and address while corrected was still not totally correct. Then he billed me for another 9 hours of his "design time" after the project was over. Please be very cautious and is you use Larson Group, assign time windows, and detail allotments with penalties to project costs if missed.

Sometimes a customer cannot be satisfied, this is my case based on the comment "When I first met the Larson Group he…" Bob Evins at Infinity Fluids and I had worked on a couple (2) of brochures previously, everything went fine, no problems. I.F. came back to do a third brochure, the time table was drawn out and after 2, 3 and 4 rounds of AA's the Larson Group had to bill for the additional time I.F. was made aware and refused to pay for the additional AA's. The case was settled in small claims court and settled. I have moved on but it is obvious that Bob at I.F has not. This job was done back in 2006 now it is 2012 and I.F. is still using the material produced, must not have been that bad after all.
