Very disappointing whitefish at the Inn. It arrived at the table dry and leathery to the eye and the taste buds. The waitress graciously took it back for fresh pieces of fish but the report from the kitchen was, "that's the way I make it'. Not a good way to serve whitefish in Door County! My sister kept her piece but didn't eat it; I reordered and selected the mahi-mahi which was delicious. The rooms at the Inn were attractive and comfortable but I would dine elsewhere.
