Stay away from this company!!! They will suck you in and do whatever it takes to sell you a trailer but they do not stand behind the service. I have been trying to have warranty work done for more than 5 months now. If you call you don't get an answer, if you leave a message you don't get a call returned, if you show up in person you hear all kinds of promises that they never follow through with. Todd, the Service Manager needs to be removed from that position or they need to hire more people. The worst service I think I have ever received from any company.
