As an employee who gets paid through this company, I can tell you they SUCK. I don't believe the BBB rating of A+ because if they talked to any of the employees that are paid by them, they would find out the are total screw ups. I can not tell you how many times I have NOT gotten paid. All I get is excuses when I don't get my paycheck. They get their money from the state and STILL screw up our paychecks. Six months out of last year, there were problems. And now, three months into this year, problems. This has been ON GOING for years! They NEVER take responsibility for their mistakes, they blame the states who pay them, the employees themselves or something else, but never themselves. I would NEVER as a state agency, do business with this company. Anyone looking into using this company for their payroll services needs to take a long hard look at their problems. If you want happy employees, DON'T BOTHER with GT Independ, you'll save yourself, your state workers and the bosses some grief
