This Grocer charges each customer for getting money back on their ATM(debit) card or EBT. The more money the customer wants back, the higher the fees they want you to pay. This is utterly rediculous and very UN-customer friendly. Customers might as well just use the regular ATMs & pay their fees. Their practices are awful!
