For a professional, educated person, one would think Nicole Merchant wouldn't be so easily deceived. For someone who has studied psychology, wouldn't she be able to determine if someone is lying to her? She has been fooled and couldn't even tell the difference and will support a person whom she doesn't even really know on a personal level. There is something to be said here! Nicole, you have clients that will prove you to be "unreliable" and "not credible" if you continue your current path.
