Everyone was very nice, I was given a reasonable selling price for their car: until I got home! Turns out I paid $1000 more than our agreed upon price. When I went to check the dealer sheet with the agreed upon price it had disappeared out of the packet of papers they gave me. I should have noticed the switch when I signed for the car, but I was looking where they pointed me on the document (misdirection -dummy me for falling for it). I found the difference when I received my loan information this week. I realized I should have caught the amount change, but I thought they were smalltown folk and I could trust them. I live locally, and if I will do my best to direct people somewhere else for their next car!
