I was very concerned about how the reverse mortgage program worked. I did not know much, nor was I going to trust some bank. Tim Jackson, however, took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. It has been over a year since I took out my reverse mortgage and I love it. Whenever I need a little extra cash, I can just grab it. I no longer worry about where I'm going to get money for my property taxes or what I would do if my furnace broke. When ever I have a questions, I just call Tim at 973-879-8869. A year later, he is still happy to take the time to help me. I would highly recommend Wells Fargo and Tim Jackson for anyone who is looking for honest answers about a confusing program.
