I have been going to ProNails for years. I think the salon is under new management. I asked, but didn’t get an answer. I went for a manicure recently and did not recognize any of the help. My manicure lasted 2 days. It took manicurist 20 minutes - they increased the price and eliminated the hand massage. I will find another salon.

I have had 6 manicures at Pro Nails, the first five were fine. Today was unpleasant, unethical, unprofessional. I called yesterday for a 9: 30 appointment today, she asked if I could come at 10, I said I would be happy to come between 9:30 and 10 and read until she was ready, she thanked me. I came in before 10 today, the woman who makes appts does my nails, 5 minutes into the manicure she said I was supposed to be there at 9:30 and was late?! I explained my understanding and was told sharply two more times how I had inconvenienced her, she was angry, rough, rude, highly unprofessional, unpleasant and unethical. She had promised a gift certificate to my son's school auction
