Have bought plenty of equipment from them, Hustlers mowers, Huricane blower, leaf vac and hand held equipment. Have always treated us right. Service department is awesome with timely service and great information before you commit to a repair.

Good experience buying equipment from richey and clapper. I am hoping their staff can be more helpful, owners Mike and Rebekah are very helpful and knowledgeable but one or two of their employees are untrained and makes a lot of mistakes. I am sure this employees won't last long because this is a good company.

Don't waste your time or your money at this company. The owner are rude and obnoxious, the staff is not helpful and treat people like idiots. I would rather drive 6 hours away then give these rude people business
