i made an appointment at sullivan tired in sudbury for friday at 11am for my check engine light and a right rear tire pressure leak. i went in for my appointment and the woman told me they were unable to deal with the check engine light because the car needs to be brought in early in the morning to get that done. i asked her why they scheduled my appointment at 11 knowing what i needed fixed if they couldn’t do anything about it and she didn’t have an answer for me. i wouldn’t have been as upset if it didn’t ruin my entire weekend travel plans

I brought my vehicle to Sullivan tire because I failed a safety inspection. It was due to the windshield wiper lever that was broken. I left my vehicle to be repaired and paid the bill. $183.00's. The next day I felt the steering wheel sticking. I notified Sullivan tire. Before I could get my vehicle there, the steering wheel froze somewhat and veered me off the road. Next thing I know the horn gets stuck on. It remained on even when I took the keys out. Sullivan tire claimed they put my part in wrong. They fixed my car, but didn't seem to care what I went through.
