About Pegasus Pegasus Asset Management, Inc, founded as a conservative financial investment advisor, has roots that extend as far back as 1962. Under the direction of Presidents Rodd D. Berro and John M. Sebastiano, the company has reorganized, expanded its management style and focused on personal services. Berro and Sebastiano merged their complimentary knowledge and experience, which stemmed from backgrounds in banking, financial planning and money management. Our goal was to build relationships that would provide our clients with the highest level of trust and peace of mind, says Rodd D. Berro, Co-President of Pegasus. And we did. We have clients today that have been with us since the beginning. Mr. Berro joined Pegasus Asset Management, Inc in 1988 and is an integral part of the firm's portfolio management team. Berro has considerable knowledge of the technology industry and markets. In addition to portfolio management, he is head of operations at Pegasus, including maintaining its state of the art computer system. Berro received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING'certification ( CFP ) designation in 1995 and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. Before joining Pegasus Asset Management, Inc, Mr. Berro was a co-founder of Arts Data Associates, a marketing and consulting firm. In addition, he is the President of the Armonk Players, a position he has held for eight years. Mr. Sebastiano brings expertise in financial and client services, new business development and marketing to the firm. Before joining Pegasus Asset Management, Inc, Mr. Sebastiano served as Vice President of Farm Credit, a national commercial lender to the agribusiness community. Prior to that, Sebastiano was an assistant product manager for agricultural, metal and energy commodity options, for Merrill Lynch. Mr. Sebastiano serves on the board of directors to the New Jersey Epilepsy Foundation, The Park Avenue Club and Montville Township Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as an active member with the Morris and Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and the Montville Township UNICO civic organization. Sebastiano received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Cook College, Rutgers University. Today, relationship building is even more important than ever.
