If permitted, I would have given zero (0) stars. I went into this store on Sat Jan 2, 2016 to upgrade to a new phone for a family member. While waiting there was a sign on the sales representative desk advertising a January Manager Special $150 Bundle includes Samsung S5, 3 Accessories (starter set) 7in Ellipsis Table. Wow I thought great deal, guess I'm gonna get myself a new phone as well. While speaking with Brad, I asked him the amount my cell phone bill will increase with the Manager's Specai. He told me $2 and change. The phone itself is $50 broken down into monthly payments over 24 months. Sounds good sign me up. Well imagine my surprise when I received an email from Verizon, showing my new monthly payment being $50 more. When I spoke with Brad, he outright LIED to me saying he did not tell me the phone will be $50 but instead $507.00. Do not trust this location, they are deceitful. Still waiting for regional manager to call me back
